To finish, reset the oven to 200°C and bake for about 3 minutes to crisp up the skin.We do not use any soy sauce based sauces on the surface of the skin, but if you wish to apply one, be careful not to burn it.

If you have space in the oven dish, I think it will look good if you put boiled potatoes or sweet potatoes, as well as raw lily root, broccoli, Romanesco, etc. in the oven together.
