*It takes 48 hours for the seasoning to soak into the meat, so we cannot serve it on the same day.Please make a reservation by phone only.

*Due to the oven's capacity, we can only cook two chickens in two hours. For example, if you place an order for chicken to be cooked at 6:00 PM, the earliest it can be completed is 8:00 PM, even if we start cooking right away.

The stomach of a whole baby chicken marinated in various herbs is stuffed with frico and then slowly baked in the oven for 2 hours.

If you are taking it out, you can heat it in your oven at home.In this case, heat in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 30 minutes, then insert a bamboo skewer or similar to check if it is hot.

To finish, reset the oven to 200°C and bake for about 3 minutes to crisp up the skin.We do not use soy sauce-based sauces or other such sauces on the surface of the skin, but if you wish to do so, please be careful not to burn it.

If you have room in the oven dish, I think it will look better if you put boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, broccoli, Romanesco, etc. in the oven together.
