*Due to oven limitations, we can only cook two chickens in two hours. Therefore, if you order a chicken to be ready at 6 PM, even if we start cooking immediately, the earliest it will be ready is 8 PM.

A whole young chicken marinated in various herbs is stuffed with frico and then slow-roasted in the oven for two hours.

For takeout orders, you can also heat them in your home oven.In that case, heat it in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 30 minutes, then insert a bamboo skewer or similar object to check if it is cooked through.

Finally, reset the oven to 200°C and bake for about 3 minutes until the skin becomes crispy.We do not use soy sauce-based or other sauces on the surface of the skin, but if you wish to apply one, please be careful not to burn it.

If you have extra space in your oven dish, adding pre-boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, broccoli, or romanesco along with the other ingredients will improve the presentation.
